Bahan bahan: 

• 1/2 cawan unsalted butter - suhu bilik 
• 10 oz/283 gm semisweet chocolate - cairkan 
• 1 cawan gula kaster 
• 1/4 sudu kecil garam 
• 2 biji telur 
• 1 cawan tepung gandum 
• 2 1/2 sudu besar serbuk koko 
• 1/2 sudu kecil serbuk espresso segera

Cara cara: 

1. Panaskan oven pada suhu 175C. Letakkan baking paper dalam loyang berukuran 8x8". Lebihkan keluar sedikit dari loyang. 
2.  Menggunakan mixer, putar mentega dan gula sebelum dimasukkan telur dan diputar sehingga bergaul rata. Satukan tepung gandum, serbuk koko, serbuk espresso dan diayak. 
3. Masukkan coklat yang dicair. Kacau rata. 
4. Kemudian masukkan bahan tepung yang diayak dan digaul hingga sebati. 
5.  Masukkan adunan ke dalam loyang dan ratakan. Bakar selama 35-40 minit. Setelah masak, biarkan betul betul sejuk sebelum dipotong dan dihidangkan. Selamat mencuba...

Having lost Arman’s father to the same cause, his mother has always been bitter about Arman’s choices and predicament. In one of his dangerous mission, one of his teammate died and another one was dismissed. Just when Arman decided to ask for transfer he is needed for one last mission that would change his world forever.

Mengisahkan tentang Leftenan Komander Arman Rahmat, seorang anggota Pasukan Khas Laut (PASKAL) iaitu pasukan elit Tentera Laut Diraja Malaysia. Namun ibunya tidak merestui pekerjaannya kerana ayahnya juga seorang ahli PASKAL yang telah terkorban semasa menjalankan tugas. Apabila rakan sepasukannya terkorban dan seorang lagi diberhentikan, Arman membuat keputusan untuk berhenti. Namun, dia terhimpit dengan misi terakhir yang perlu diselesaikan. Misi merampas kembali kapal dagang MV Bunga Laurel daripada lanun Somalia di Teluk Aden.

Leaning Tower, Teluk Intan

This 25 meter high tower in the small Perak town of Teluk Intan is Malaysia's answer to the Leaning Tower of Pisa. It is not as old, nor as tall, nor as famous as its Italian counterpart but it does have a distinct incline and that makes a curiosity worth visiting.

It is a 3 storey brick construction with a large steel water tank at the upper level. From the outside however it has been disguised to look like an 8 storey Chinese pagoda.

Pasir Salak Historical Complex, Batu Gajah

Pasir Salak Historical Complex is a pleasant compound of traditional Malay buildings which together form a museum alongside the Perak River about 50 kilometres south of Ipoh. The Complex was officially opened to the public in 2004. Everything seems peaceful now but it was not always so for it was here that the first British Resident of Perak, Mr. J.W.W. Birch was assassinated in 1875.

Other attractions at the complex include a watch tower, Belotah (harvest dance) stage, the Lela Rentaka (a type of cannon used by the Malays), traditional Perak houses called Rumah Kutai and a wooden mosque built in 1964 on the site of the old one which was burned down. There is also a monument stone erected around 1900 close to the spot where Birch was killed 'in the performance of his duty'.

Sungkai Deer Farm

Sungkai Deer Farm is the most renowned deer farm in the country. Officially called the Wildlife Conservation Centre at Sungkai, it was set up in 1971, and has different types of deer including the Sambar deer (Cervus unicolor), Timor deer and mousedeer. In addition, the farm also has other types of wildlife such as ostrich, pheasants and other exotic birds. Visitors are allowed to camp overnight to watch the nocturnal activities of the animal

Getting there 

The Sungkai Deer Farm is about 15 km from Sungkai town. Exit the North-South Expressway at Exit 128, Sungkai Interchange. Go along the Federal Route 1 in the direction of the Shell petrol station. Be on the look out for the Wildlife Department's sign 'Pusat Pemuliharaan Hidupan Liar, Jabatan PERHILITAN Sungkai'.

It is open on working days, from 8:00 am to 4:00 pm.

Originally, the castle would have boasted a 6-storey tower, an indoor tennis court, an entertainment area on the rooftop, a wine cellar, plus what would have been Malaya’s (later Malaysia) first elevator. It was designed in a Moorish and Indo-Saracenic Revival style with top quality craftsmanship in mind. To realise his dream home, Smith brought in 70 workers and imported bricks and marbles from India as well as exquisite tiles from Italy.

Visitors of the castle today can explore the interiors of the building which consists of a 4-storey tower, rooms of Smith’s children, the spooky wine cellar and the elevator shaft. The rooftop is also open to visitors where they can enjoy beautiful views of the surrounding area. Selected rooms in the castle have been refurbished with furniture to show visitors what the rooms would have been like had the construction of the castle been completed

Pomelo Paradise

The pomelo (Citrus maxima or Citrus grandis) is a citrus fruit native to Southeast Asia. It is usually pale green to yellow when ripe, with sweet white (or, more rarely, pink or red) flesh and very thick albedo (rind pith). It is the largest citrus fruit, 15–25 cm in diameter, and usually weighing 1–2 kg.

River Terrapin Breeding Centre

About 40km southwest of Ipoh in the unassuming town of Bota Kanan lies the River Terrapin Breeding Centre. The hatchery is near the Perak River bank, which was once home to an abundance of these river creatures. From November to February, visitors can observe migrating river terrapins swimming upstream to lay their eggs. Visitors may have the opportunity to help release young terrapins into natural habitats of Sungai Perak.

As a child, Park Hoon (Lee Jong-suk) and his father Park Cheol (Kim Sang-joong) were tricked and sent to North Korea. In North Korea, Park Hoon was trained to become a doctor by his father who was already a famous doctor. Park Hoon became a genius thoracic surgeon. He deeply fell in love with Song Jae Hee (Jin Se-yeon) in his high school.
