Homemade Rose Water Toner
What you’ll need:
– 1/4 cup of Witch Hazel
– 1/4 cup of Rose Water
– 5 drops of Rose Essential Oil
What you need to do:
- Combine the three ingredients together in a jar or spray bottle and shake it well.
- Spray it on a cotton pad and try it on your skin.
